Luckily we have never had to claim, however renewal has been super easy and I am even more impressed now that I have found out that Homeprotect is a sponsor of Refuge. what a brilliant charity for those in need of a safe place to stay.     Reduced premium when asked

    Home protect were very responsive when I was going to move to another provider as my quote online was cheape. They reduced my premium accordingly....
