I have made two calls to you over the time I've been a member and always found it very helpful. The way that the organisation is geared towards community is very reassuring. That you advocate saving at the same time as having a debt, shows that you understand that position which many of the community may be in - that the saving makes you feel better about your circumstances, the tangible savings. I feel you understand and that gives reassurance.
