Life changing

5 years ago I needed to sort out my finances, no banks would touch me to give me the chance I needed. I was a member of the Credit Union but hadn't thought about going through them for a loan. I put in my application for £15,000, fully expecting it to be a no. How wrong was I, my application was reviewed, I provided details and statements for all the debts I had. The application was accepted, which allowed me to pay off all the debts in one go, saving literally thousands of pounds in interest. That loan comes to an end at the start of next year. At the start of this year I was actually able to buy the house I'm living in as the landlord was selling up. That loan all that time ago allowed me to save enough for a deposit and also ensure that my finances were on track for the mortgage company to accept me. None of this would have happened if my loan would have been turned down. Reviewed on: 16th June 2021

Unbeatable loans

The best company I know that lends at a great percentage, without unnecessary formalities, very customer-friendly. As the only company, she took me seriously, with forbearance. Unstintingly kind.

I applied for a loan from the HEY Credit Union to relieve some of the financial pressure I was under. The process itself was simple; the deliberation was quick; and the conditions of the loan were extremely fair. More than that, all of the staff were unstintingly kind throughout - and since. Excellent service

I applied for the child benefit loan due to personal circumstances changing and I was struggling financially, the staff were very helpful and the money was available for me to use within a week, as the loan doesn’t take all the child benefit money for repayment I still have some left over each month to use or save.
