Great app easy to use

The only time I needed help was when I first opened my savings account, this was just to go through processes. As everything had been explained fully about how to access my information and funds I have never had reason to contact heycu for anything since. Excellent Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Going Above & Beyond

I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years. I feel they empower those who would normally struggle to open a savings account in a none stigmatising way, and really target deprived areas to promote their services, particularly where door step loan sharks tend to prowl. The staff are extremely friendly and none-judgemental, always putting the customer first, whilst helping to solve any barriers to accessing funds. They strive to go above and beyond. Easy to save by adding extra onto loan repayments.

I have been with hey hull for many years and I have always found it so easy to save money as I always make sure my loan repayments are extra so the extra amount goes into my savings account. I find it very easy to withdraw from my savings account now that I can transfer from my savings account to my bank account which is much easier than it was many years ago when you needed to go into the branch to withdraw the money.
