Great app easy to use

The only time I needed help was when I first opened my savings account, this was just to go through processes. As everything had been explained fully about how to access my information and funds I have never had reason to contact heycu for anything since. Excellent Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Going Above & Beyond

I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years. I feel they empower those who would normally struggle to open a savings account in a none stigmatising way, and really target deprived areas to promote their services, particularly where door step loan sharks tend to prowl. The staff are extremely friendly and none-judgemental, always putting the customer first, whilst helping to solve any barriers to accessing funds. They strive to go above and beyond.
