I’ve had to ring a couple of times to get my password changed and the staff were always supportive and friendly. Easy to set up and goes via my wages but a good way to have savings, but so easy to cash them out too! Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Dividend pay well

I have been a member of Hull and East Riding Credit Union for many years, both as a saver and in the past a borrower. I have always found them helpful, easy to talk to and understanding, their staff are friendly and efficient and make dealing with them very easy.
