The HEYCU provide an excellent service.

The HEYCU provide an excellent service. Staff are well informed and able to assist me with any matter. I can honestly say I have never had a poor experience with the CU. Their online facilities are very enabling as previously I had to travel into the city to visit the local branch. This had been the only downside for me. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Great customer service

I have been a regular saver for several months since my employer stopped doing a savings scheme. very happy that this is a service I can make good use of. I do not notice the money going into the savings as it goes out of my wages before I even get it so a nice bonus when I come to need it. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Stress free christmas saver

My savings history with HEY

I Started saving with HEY in the early 90s my savings would be taken out of wages from the local authority, I never missed the money because I never felt like I had it, then at Christmas or a financial emergency always had the money saved and ready to use. Although I’m semi retired and no longer working for the local authority l’m still saving, it comes out of my account at the beginning of the month, it’s a habit I can’t break no would I want to. HEY has always featured in my savings history, it’s always just been there when needed. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
