First Port of Call for Savings and Loans.

I have been a member of Hull and East Riding Credit Union for many years, both as a saver and in the past a borrower. I have always found them helpful, easy to talk to and understanding, their staff are friendly and efficient and make dealing with them very easy. The HEYCU provide an excellent service.

The HEYCU provide an excellent service. Staff are well informed and able to assist me with any matter. I can honestly say I have never had a poor experience with the CU. Their online facilities are very enabling as previously I had to travel into the city to visit the local branch. This had been the only downside for me. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Great customer service

I've just opened my account via my employer payroll although the process was slower than I expected the customer service I received was second to none!!! Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

I have been a regular saver for several months since...

I have been a regular saver for several months since my employer stopped doing a savings scheme. very happy that this is a service I can make good use of. I do not notice the money going into the savings as it goes out of my wages before I even get it so a nice bonus when I come to need it. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Stress free christmas saver
