Not easy to understand

Not easy to understand how to get cashback as this doesn't come through a wallet automatically. They have a virtual card system which I still don't understand. A wallet system like Quidco, Topcashback and Jamdoughnut is a lot easier to handle. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

I love hyper jar.

I love hyper jar. Pots idea is brilliant. Let's user set saving goals. Is free to use per month whereas nearest competitors is 5 pm. Just wish they would develop online access to the account so thaf multiple people can access same account eg parents. Can't complain here. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Innovative and Easy

I was first introduced to hyper jar by a relative who recommended it for spending abroad with reduced exchange rate fees. I thought that was a good idea and quickly created an account. I was impressed by many of hyper jars features like the vouchers that offer cash back from my favourite venders and jars that make saving & budgeting easy to use, I also love being able to link my card to a specific jar and being able to collaborate and share jars. I think that hyper jar is an innovative banking app with a new and simple to use UI, like being able to easily make money transfers and easily see your card & account details and copy and paste them making online purchases far quicker. Makes budgeting so much more effective

I had a few teething problems with setting things up but I had immediate access to customer service online who helped me to sort things out. We have now put every member of the family on it and it has made a tremendous difference to our budgeting and savings. I have always kept a strict spreadsheet for monthly budgets but hyperjar as enabled me to take things further by seeing exactly how much money is being spent where. Food was an eye opener, once we set up a shared groceries jar we could see we were spending a lot more than we budget for. So far we have no complaints and have already recommended it to family and friends. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
