Superb personalized exchange service

IFX provided me with entirely personalized and personal service for the movement of funds from a property transaction in Italy (paid in euros) to my United States bank (where the sum arrived in dollars). Their exchange rate was entirely fair and very advantageous and the team that oversaw the transfer (complex over time and space due in large part to the COVID-19 pandemic) kept a close eye on the movement of the funds. I cannot praise IFX Payments highly enough. Not only would I use them again for another transaction but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Fast and easy

First used IFX when we purchased our first property in Spain. Having got their details from the “A place in the sun” exhibition. Buying a property abroad is difficult at the best of times but IFX came through. They got us an excellent rate and the money was in our bank in Spain within 2 hours. Of the moment capabilities, old school service

IFX were introduced to me as part of a property transaction in France, which was complex enough for someone with no experience and only schoolboy French. I would almost certainly have just gone to my clearing bank, but the patient, professional, hand-holding offered by the IFX team took a great weight off my shoulders, combined with substantially better value than I would otherwise have achieved. IFX also navigated some quite tricky legal nuances as part of the service, which required thought & expertise. Perfect balance between modern ability and old-fashioned service. Tremendous.
