Bad Things Are Worth Sharing

Have had for 2 years. Had to submit a claim for my 80+ year old mother and have been waiting since November to get boat fixed. Insure4Boats is trading name under Ripe insurers. MAC Claims does the claims procedure and they put it through the underwriters Travelers. No one helps you in Insure4Boats/Ripe so you are left to do everything with claim. You would need to be a psychic to provided answers to buckets of questions after you submit the claim. Then it sits with Travelers who have a backlog so no estimated date or what is the major issue. Meanwhile the boat is awaiting repair and out of use for past four months. They have been sending emails about would recommend to friends as "Good things are worth sharing". I can't do that, so sharing otherwise. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
