Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Wouldn't chose anybody else

Really easy, lots of information to help with the insurance process, great customer support when needed. Excellent prices, and rewards when taking our insurance with them!
