Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Excellent customer experience

Excellent customer service. There is always someone willing to help on the telephone. Each time I have had a query, they have gone above and beyond my request. Their site is really user friendly and it was really simple and easy to find the information I needed to establish which insurance policy was the right one for my business.
