Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

So easy to access and best rates!

Setting up the insurance was very straightforward. Customer service was efficient, very quick to respond! Continuing insurance cover into the next year is smooth with effective snd thorough communication, providing an insurance certificate and all details of cover. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Excellent service you call up and within 2 rings you have someone on the phone who is extremely knowledgeable. Very impressed with the service I have received so far and I am a new customer to Insure4Sport.

I am extremely impressed I called up gathered the information I needed and then relayed it to my manager so I knew what to go for. Telephoned Insure4Sport back and within 15 minutes my insurance was activated and sorted and all my documents arrived in my email in box within 30-45 minutes even though they say allow 1 hour. I am extremely impressed as everything I asked for was sorted and included and no errors were made. I will definitely be recommending them to others plus the price is very reasonable too.
