Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Easy process to cover all you need

I found the process of insuring myself as a Personal trainer quick and easy. Good clear communication and excellent service. Also a good follow up to ensure that I had covered myself properly. What it says on the tin

Great customer service!

I recently took out a policy following a recommendation from a friend. The agent went above and beyond to explain the policy terms and the scope of insurance, This ensured I was fully informed and subsequently covered for my chosen sport.
