Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Quick, Efficient and value for money

It is always so easy to use their website. They are very clear on what they are offering and how much you pay, and it is so easy to tailor the insurance to your needs. They send through the documents immediately and even after I had made a mistake they rectified it instantly at no charge. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2018

Friendly, helpful, great rate
