Excellent Investment Platform

I recently joined InvestEngine’s SIPP programme after being disappointed by price changes at my previous provider, Vanguard, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to monitor and manage my investments. The transparency in fees is a breath of fresh air compared to other providers, and I feel confident knowing my retirement savings are in good hands. The team at InvestEngine has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process, and I’m already seeing the benefits of their streamlined and cost-effective approach to investing. I’m impressed with their dedication to customer experience and can’t wait to see how they continue to grow. My brief impression of the investment platform

The Investment Platform is easy to navigate and user friendly. Features such as choosing stocks/indices is straightforward to do, there is plenty of support and help around doing this. The platform itself for me is visually stimulating and you are easily able to search what you are looking for on the platform. Great customer service, slow for new features

Customer service been fantastic on the very few times I’ve had to contact them. The platform has a great diversity of investment options, with many ETFs to choose from (makes investing simpler). However, I just find that IE are maybe a bit slow at implementing new features - for instance, I’m really wanting to open a SIPP with IE and transfer my workplace ones over, but transfers have been a long promised, yet delayed, feature.
