Very good but can’t rectify mistakes made.

Customer service is good but one time I made a mistake as it wasn’t clear once you sell your ETFs you then have to delete this from your account. After putting my account back on autoinvest I ended up buying more of the same ETFs I had previously sold so loosing money. InvestEngine said they couldn’t rectify what took place which was so annoying. Otherwise all other areas it’s 10/10! Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
