New investor experience.

I found a wide variety of products in which I was looking to invest in and the charges were very competitive. However as a new customer with a ISA to transfer to you I felt you could do a lot better guiding me though the process. At times because there was so little information I was left wondering if indeed the transfer was indeed even taking place ! This is something you really need to focus upon if you wish to capture new clients and retain the ones you have.However this will not deter me from making future investments now that you have me on board but I think it would worry investors who were less experienced in this market than myself. A brilliant platform for the DIY investor

It is a very simple platform to use and there are no trading fees. There is a good selection of ETFs and I am very pleased with the growth of my fund so far. There is also a wealth of investment and pension tips and information available on the platform Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
