From one happy customer

I like the InvestEngine web UI which is clean and simple. They also answered my email in a timely manner when i had a query about my porfolio - no waiting around in a call queue. There was also one occasion when my monthly investment was for some reason delayed - IE accepted their error immediately and apologiised for the small inconvenience. They also send out informative news about the markets and tips for new investors like me. And on top of all this - somehow - no monthly fees! So i'm very happy with InvestEngine .
