    every time online regular savers mature, you have to individually ASK them for an interest certificate. There is no other way that you can complete... every time online regular savers mature, you have to individually ASK them for an interest certificate. There is no other way that you can complete your tax return, so it's a compulsory, not an optional, choice. I have told them this (the staff are lovely) and asked for certificates to be automatically sent to me, but it's a case of "computer says no, you'll have to apply every time". That's frustrating and inefficient and spoils an otherwise great product. Read more Read less
