Very friendly and supportive, and a cuppa was provided. Quickly & efficiently dealt with our business. Great addition to the town as yet 2 more banks will be closing here soon.

Incompetent, frustrating and time-wasters

Utterly incompetent. Took 2 months to event get our re-mortgage application processed (costing time, and money) and then every single thing we put was scrutinised... Utterly incompetent. Took 2 months to event get our re-mortgage application processed (costing time, and money) and then every single thing we put was scrutinised and questioned - even though nothing had changed since the last time we applied for a mortgage! We gave up in the end as they wanted us to spend event MORE money getting a solicitor involved. Totally unnecessary. Read more Read less

    New Felixstowe branch is a good use of existing space that has been tastefully decorated to be welcoming and calm. Staff are highly personable and...
