Dreadful service

I sent a payment which isn't showing in my account. When telephoning the system says the wait time is two minutes. This message is repeated every two minutes until the caller gives up. Reviewed on: 20th November 2023

Provided, by far, the best fixed interest rate for savings. Left me wondering what the catch is but after digging deeper I realised there is no catch and JN Bank UK is indeed an excellent choice. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned.
