Review of the Just Travel Cover, Travel insurance:

Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Well pleased.

Excellent service provision and great value for money

Pleasant telephone experience

How do i.know

I did not make a claim so how do I know if this company is any good ....They are certainly good at taking money ...no idea what they are like at parting with it ..maybe to be fair they should ask the people who have had claims ....I cannot include myself in this Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Fantastic Service

Took out a Just Travel policy in August 2022 for travel to Benidorm. So easy to fill in all my details and pay . A great price for our policy with pre existing medical condition and peace of mind that we were covered for our trip. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
