Review of the Just Travel Cover, Travel insurance:

Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Great travel insurance company

I have taken both World Wide and European travel insurance with Just Travel Cover for a few years now. I have found them to be ideal, both on my medical screening and price. Customer service are knowledgeable and polite and will answer any questions. I can not comment on their claims procedure as I am fortunate to have not needed to make a claim. I would definitely recommend Just Travel Insurance to everyone for all travel insurance cover. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Quick and Easy

Excellent service

Tried to book on line, received quote which I deleted in error, went to chat and was told an agent would ring me with my quote, a few minutes later I received my quote with a 10% discount for my trouble. Reviewed on: 19th September 2018

High standard cover for a great price

I have used Just Travel for several years and they have always been great value. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol and two or three different medications. Other firms can really sting you for this but they are always fair with their prices and cover given Reviewed on: 19th September 2018

Tried the rest, now found the BEST.

I have a few ailments, no biggies, but when It comes to getting decent cover to ensure they are covered. It is like being punished over again, with the prices asked for cover. With Just Travel I have got really decent cover, for a reasonable price. No breaking the bank or putting off a holiday due to the travel Insurance costs.
