Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Excellent company to deal with. Knew there stuff and very polite and helpful.

I have been with this company for the last year. I am very happy with the flexible product they offer with different choice levels. So quick and easy

Just Travel was recommended to me by a friend as I had recently recovered from breast cancer and wasn’t looking forward to the chore of searching for travel insurance. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. The representative on the telephone was SO helpful and I was delighted with the price. I have used them for both my recent holidays, including one to Australia. I have told lots of family and friends about Just Travel as it takes the stress out of hunting for travel insurance. First class service from a first class company
