A Bank that works for its Customers.

I joined Kroo after a recommendation on Martin’s Money Tips and have been delighted. Not only do I get great interest on my account but when I have phoned customer service there has always been someone to answer my call. I also am impressed with their security. I deposited a large sum having sold my flat and they wanted proof of where the money came from. Plus when I transferred it to a money exchange company again the checks were very thorough. Useless from the get-go

They froze a £1000 initial deposit into my account for about 2 weeks for no reason. I haven't used the account since then due to this and also the incompetence of their customer services. First impressions matter. Reviewed on: 29th March 2024
