Great online bank

Held an account since they launched. Great rates, good banking, fantastic Cash ISA. The only things that could be made better. Deposits, where and how, electronic Cheque deposits (yes I still get them) through the app. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Sceptical at first being a small challenger bank but needn't have been. Everything has been efficient and smooth running with an easy to use app. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

They do their job well.

I never had a problem with them. To be honest my interaction with them is minimal and this isn't bad. I don't want a bank bothering me. I would like them to have a credit card but for what I need them they fulfill completely their purpose. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

generally very good. except for when transfering 'large amounts' like 10000 when there is a bit of a hold up . Like any other bank but i wish they could be different in this respect too Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Transparent banking. Kroo offer a wonderful UI to their app, clear communication and security to their current account. They offer competitive rates and insights into how you spend money. Their customer service is excellent and it's easily the best bank I've ever used. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

It is so easy to open an account, no need to be tech savvy. The app is very customer friendly and you can find everything straight away. I'm quite happy with my experience with Kroo so far and not would highly recommend it. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
