never had trouble always there if you need help since iv joined the even if money gone out that should not they sorted it as quick as they can. the best bank iv ever been with. been with monzo money take that should not have been wont help kroo back in bank in a few days Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Kroo Bank is brilliant.

Kroo Bank is brilliant. Not only does it have a good interest rate on its current account, but when I used the chat section to talk to someone about a fraudulent transaction the representative was excellent. He sorted my issue immediately. There was no chatting for ages to a BOT. I was very impressed compared to some banks, where I’ve had to wade through mud to get to speak to someone. I reported a potentially fraudulent use of my debit card and froze my card before the payment had gone through. I flagged this up with Kroo who actually allowed the payment to go through and then told me that the amount could not be recovered. Shame on Kroo. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
