Very efficient

I've only recently found Kroo but the app is so easy to navigate and I reported a fraudulent activity which was nothing to do with Kroo it was an error on the merchants part but they refunded me within 30 seconds which was impressive. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Does what it says on the tin. Pays interest on positive balance so great way to save and have an active current account for instant withdrawals. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Kroo Bank are fantastic

Kroo Bank are fantastic both with ease of use and customer servive. The only down side is other company's don't recognise Kroo in their apps, so you'll need another bank account for some digital payments. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Great customer protection and app useability.

Kroo provides refunds when i experience fraud, they handle chargebacks well. I give a terrible review for monzo, when I was scammed they sided with the scammer. Kroo's app interface is very convenient and aesthetically pleasing. Their customer service is good, they have never inconvenienced me. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
