A very considerate Building Society for Older People

Regarding my age (77) I received a very good mortgage 'deal' following a detailed discussion with a Leek Building Society. I have paid regularly and there hve been no 'glitches'. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

I first took my mortgage put at 22

First took my mortgage put at 22, 7 years ago. At the time they were very helpful and clear explaining the different options and what they would mean for me going forward and making sure I fully understood what was going on. Remortgaged with them when my product was finished and even though it was during covid times had a very good experience with the phone appointment and meetings and they made the experience very easy. Leek BS's service has been excellent

Leek BS's service has been excellent, always someone to discuss things with rather than automated Q&A systems some firms operate. The experience has been hassle free and I have renewed with them three or four times as they remained the best value each time. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
