Great Personal Service

Friendly face to face experience.

clean, welcoming building, well organised and the staff are always pleasant and friendly, we opened a joint savings account with no trouble whatsoever and its so easy depositing money. We much prefer the face to face values rather than the "on line " experience. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Good local Building Society

Staff are very helpful and I have been a saver for many years. The rates are not always the best, but are competitive. I Previously had a mortgage with the Leek Building Society which worked very well. In addition it is local to where I live, however opening hours are more restricted lately. The staff at the Cheadle branch were so obliging, knowledgeable and also very accommodating when I arrived two days early for an appointment . Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Good bank

The staff are lovely and are efficient. The yearly interest available is very good and the safety of accounts is impeccable. There can be large queues in busy periods and depending on the location often only has around two people serving so the line does not move very fast. Additionally, the opening hours are not friendly for people with 9-5 jobs so struggle to access the bank to deposit or withdraw cash. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
