Recommend the Leek

Having a local branch. Staff are always helpful and seem to go the extra step to help at some difficult times. Services offered are varied as much as a bank but everything is much more personal. Reviewed on: 5th March 2023

Warm friendly and helpful

I am an old fashioned girl and still like to have a hard copy ie a passbook, for my savings accounts. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, even through the trials and tribulations of Lockdown etc. They ask if I would like to see a financial or insurance advisor intermittently but are never pushy when I decline. It is always a pleasant experience to visit, even when I am withdrawing money from my savings! Reviewed on: 5th March 2023

Lovely people but odd bank

Staff are marvellous

The Leek have provided tremendous help with my savings. They helped transfer an ISA from another organisation that was more difficult than it should have been. Nothing was too much trouble. I recommend them without reservation. Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
