Friendly and efficient

I have been a customer of Leek Building Society for many years both as a Borrower and a Saver. The staff I've dealt with over the years have been amazing, offering support and advice on many things all with the utmost friendliness and approachability of a small local service with the efficiency and professionalism that many larger building societies appear to lack. Caring customer service

Leek United Building Society have the most understanding, caring customer service staff. I am hard of hearing and need assistance if go to the branch on my own , thus in some places is a daunting experience but not so in the building society , so helpful always there with advice if needed .
