I have insured 2 holiday lodges through Leisuredays. On both occasions their customer service was friendly & professional and they made it easy to understand exactly what my policy would and would not cover. They were also able to save a policy activation date as soon as I knew when I would complete my purchase which meant it was one less thing to worry about on the day. They rang to check I was happy with the quote but did not hassle but repeatedly phoning when I advised that I wasn't sure of the start date. The quote was also the most competitive that I received and I have recommended them to several other property owners on site. A breath of fresh air in the insurance world!
