Great customer experience.

Great customer experience. In all the years we've been covered, the first claim was this year. They were very easy to deal with and very friendly. It was clear what was required to support the claim and if conversation was required how/when we might do that together. Kept me informed throughout the claim and happy to say that we were able to get our caravan floor repaired and we've been able to enjoy holidays again. Thank you. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
