The staff are always very helpful making the experience arranging insurance so simple, not to mention the very competitive prices charged. We have used Leisuredays since we bought our caravan 8 years ago and wouldn't consider any other company. Reviewed on: 13th October 2024

Friendly, honest and professional.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. We feel that our needs are what matter and we are treated as valued customers not just numbers on a spreadsheet. You can no doubt get cheaper insurance but you won’t get a better customer service and sense of feeling safe and valued. Our policy meets our needs not Leisuredays. I recommend anyone with a caravan or holiday home talks to Leisurdays before making their choice of insurers. Reviewed on: 13th October 2024
