Over a 2 year period I had cause to use leisuredays for a couple of issues. It was my first experience of using my caravan Insurance so I didn't know what to expect. Right from the start I found the reps on the phone to be knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took charge. All my questions were listened to and explanations were made easy to follow.
