We had to claim for a replacement caravan after our brand new Willerby Castleton was destroyed by a falling tree only 5 weeks after we got it in 2021. The claim was dealt with fairly and we were kept fully informed all along. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

Easy to deal with

Had a need to make a small claim for storm damage to my decking. The claim process was very quick and smooth and paid out very quickly. My fear was my premium the following year would jump dramatically but it didn't. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

We were looking for static caravan insurance for the very first time this year. Having discounted one insurance company who wished to charge us as “letting out” if our children who did not live with us used our caravan it was a relief to talk to a friendly member of leisure days staff. She explained every aspect of the insurance policy to us in an easy to understand way assuring us that we wouldn’t be classed as “ letting out” if our children used it. How sensible is that!! Affordable, user-friendly, and reliable!

I've had Leisuredays caravan insurance for 3 years now. Renewing is easy and all online. Also, prices did not increase after COVID, which was amazing, since prices everywhere else did!
