I recently had an issue regarding our caravan site. I rang Leisuredays and a very helpful young lady looked into this for me. She was unable to give me an answer there and then but promised a call back after she had investigated. True to her word she rang back the next day with a definitive answer and the issue was resolved. Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
