EXCELLENT customer care

I had a couple of calls whilst our family were upgrading our holiday home, the two people I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One example being that I wasn't completely sure on one point of our new caravan and your member of staff called our park direct to clarify and then called me straight back. Luckily I have never had to make a claim on my static caravan insurance. However, when my policy is due for renewal, I am always quoted a very competitive price. The members of staff dealing with my renewal on the phone, have always been polite, courteous, helpful and friendly, and expertly answered any questions I have had. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
