Insurance which does exactly what it says on the tin

I have had no need to make any claims (thank goodness) but my experience with this insurer has been transparent, clear and quick. Any problems have been sorted out quickly and efficiently. I paticularly appreciate the claim data and history that they publish showing where why and how much caravan claims are made. Also their practical advice and case histories of preparing static caravans for the winter when they are unoccupied is most useful. I have been with them for two years and will renew again next year.
