Have used leisure days for 5 years and found them to be competitive and helpful throughout. Knew about the company before this when they provided motorhome cover for us and found this to be the best available Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

Southsea caravans

I use them for my Southsea caravans cover for 2 holiday let caravans that I own in sunny Southsea. They were the only provider that provided cover where the caravans are being used for holiday let purposes, and I have stuck with them since. I think the only draw back I had was I had to move home address due to a section 21, but they still charged me for changing the details of my address which is not the cover address. EXCELLENT customer care

I had a couple of calls whilst our family were upgrading our holiday home, the two people I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One example being that I wasn't completely sure on one point of our new caravan and your member of staff called our park direct to clarify and then called me straight back. This type of customer service is sadly not the norm. I was really impressed. Reviewed on: 25th July 2025
