I needed to relocate for employment and personal reasons. Had good equity in the property I was selling but needed funds to instruct solicitors, surveys, removals. Lendable listened and made quick decisions and offered competitive rates. When there was an unexpected development, Lendable quickly financed the solution. Moving home is very stressful but Lendable really helped to reduce the short term difficulties. Speed was essential and I had same day access to funds. Their communication post loan has been excellent and I have always felt informed and in control. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
