I’ve had a really positive experience overall, particularly with how straightforward and transparent the process feels compared to other lenders. The application was quick, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained without unnecessary jargon. What stood out most was the sense of trust — knowing exactly where I stand financially makes a big difference. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer more personalised insights or tips within the dashboard to help customers make even better financial decisions over time.
