I got a loan out to help my mother

I got a loan out to help my mother who lost her job but had a bit of debt, I was stressing about the loan and after I contacted customer service I received the best advice and reassurance about the loan and my repayments. Hastings made everything easy for me.

Online form was easy to fill out. Regular updates regarding the loan. I had a little query so I rang up and the lady I spoke to was brilliant. Had an email to say I was excepted for the loan.
