I phoned them as I struggled with a payment one month. Customer service is amazing. Straight through to an agent when I phoned, who was really helpful & gave me options for my issues. All sorted in one phone call. Very happy with how it was dealt with. I can log onto my account & see the history of my payment plan & scheduled payments due. Would highly recommend Lendable. Lendable are there when you need help with a personal loan the application is processed quickly and money is payed in to your account you choose a date for direct debit and time period to pay back loan back interest rates are good Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
