Very unprofessional. These people do NOT like it when you pay back your loan early. They don't get the interest so decline you for another. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Everytime I have applied for a loan it has been quick and easy. The online portal is very easy to navigate and clearly states everything that has has been paid to date and is outstanding. Whenever I have had any queries, their online help service points you in the correct direction.
