Easy to obtain a quote. It was very comprehensive and covered all my needs for my pet, as well as being very well priced and easily beating the renewal price with our previous insurer. We were amazed how you responded to our claim. The last thing you need is to worry about is money when your pet has a life threatening illness. From making the first phone call panicking as we could not find our documents. The lady I spoke to put me at ease straight away and immediately emailed a claim form.
