Fortunately I've bee lucky enough to not need to make a claim through lifetime Pet Cover, but their customer service has been great. This is my second (almost 3rd) with them and the prices are very reasonable for the level of cover. Since being with them we've also got another dog who we have switched from another provider, to lifetime Pet Cover, because the amount of cover is all the peace of mind I need. Unfortunately poppy became ill...she was a lovely 5 year old staff. ..diagnosed with a form of cancer...she had the best help and died 6 weeks later...lifetime paid out what they stated in my policy very prompt very pleased with the service Best regards Mark Reviewed on: 24th July 2019

Great value pet insurance

This is simply great value pet insurance at an affordable price. I have all 3 of my dogs with this company, they do not include all the bells and whistles like some insurers do, they just offers the essential lifetime cover if you need it. Simple as that. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Easy and friendly to deal with. Reimbursement for treatment came as expected, so it's comforting to know the cover works when needed. It could have potentially come through a little quicker, but it was OK. The main question remaining - will my premium skyrocket come renewal time..? Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019
