Absolutely fantastic Company

Unfortunately, we needed to make 2 claims, for our puppy, in the first year of our insurance with lifetime pet cover. In both instances I phoned to ask for a claim form and by the time I had put the phone down and checked my email, the claim form was there for me to print off and take to the vets. I only needed to pay my excess to the vets, the balance of the treatments were taken care of by LPC who paid directly to the vets. The staff are friendly and helpful and although our premium increased for the 2nd years insurance, we decided to stay with LPC as their service is 100%. Thank you for giving us peace of mind that our puppy is covered. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

My Dog Smokey was very ill and we had to put him to sleep to stop him suffering. Your college on the phone was so lovely and friendly and helped in this sad time. Very gratfull for such under standing what we were going though. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

Pet cover however old yours is

A few years ago the insurance company I was using to cover my 14 yo cat put up their premiums dramatically without a word of warning or explanation after my being with them more than five years. A search of the various comparison websites showed the reason - no one wanted to cover older pets and premiums reflected this; except one - the clue is in the name - and although charging a higher premium comensurate with my cats age all the information was in the open and not too much like highway robbery. Sadly my cat died a year ago of old age but I have been so impressed with Lifetime that my two new kittens are now insured with them. P. Martin-Loat Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
