Personal, fair and amazing service

Had a very sudden and worrying injury to my dog. The cost implications on top of everything else would have been too much. But Lifetime were so quick, easy and simple in the claim aspect that all I had to worry about was my dog. Could not be happier with how everything was handled and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had a great experience with lifetime per cover when my pup fell ill in the space of a phone call the forms had been sent to and I was able to put in montion my claim for my pups treatment. I didn't have to pay any money up front to claim back. Lifetime per cover sorted it all out for me in direct contact with my vet. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Life time pets have a great range of pet cover to meet the needs of all pet owners. The website is clear and easy to use and clearly states the cover being purchased, along with any excess . When I had to make a claim it was quick and easy. Payment was made promptly too. On renewing the policy I called to see if they were able to better the price and I was called straight back with a better deal. From my experience, I can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
