Simple and Easy to understand

I was pleased with my insurance for my oldie as most of the companies are not clear about what they will pay out for. My oldie was covered and I felt secure she would get the cover at the vets if she should become ill. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

we recently lost our lovely boy Blue (Weimaraner) aged 11 and the process of making the claim for his initial illness treatment and then the following stages of his illness until he passed I could not fault, everybody I talked to were so helpful and compassionate. I won't be changing insurers anytime soon I recommend to everybody who has a pet. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

My claim was settled promptly, professionally, and more importantly, humanely.

I hadn't been with Lifelong very long, when I had to claim for the death of my dog Del, due to cancer. They dealt with the claim promptly and all my interactions with them were unfailingly friendly, courteous and professional. They even cancelled my policy when I forgot to.
