Lifetime Pet cover were quick to answer my telephone query as to whether as a newish member, my elderly dog was covered for a Cataract operation. Yes I was covered, and better still, they paid the account promptly, and directly to the Animal Hospital, and re-imbursed me for the cost of the pre examination, etc done by my own vet. Making a traumatic experience much easier. (Can't get rid of "Not loved" - fully recommend your company Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
